Update 1 – Customer Advisory: Fire Incident on ONE Henry Hudson at Port of LA

Following the November 21 fire on the containership ONE Henry Hudson at the Port of Los Angeles, the vessel owners have declared General Average.
According to the advisory released by ONE, (Update #2) General Average Declared for M/V ONE HENRY HUDSON 095W. The vessel owners have designated the firm, Richards Hogg Lindley, as the Average Adjusters, who will oversee the collection of General Average securities and other pertinent documentation.
The Coast Guard and National Transportation Safety Board are conducting a joint investigation into the cause of the fire.
