This survey report is based on structured interviews with 100 senior supply chain leaders across France, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the Netherlands.

The findings reveal a gap between strategy and effectiveness: 69% say current risk solutions have left important challenges unresolved.

What the survey report covers

The report explores the strategy-effectiveness gap, 3PL confidence, technology adoption, geopolitical pressure, sourcing adjustments, and why supply chain resilience remains underfunded as a standalone priority. Results are broken down across four sectors: automotive, retail, industrial and manufacturing, and consumer goods.

Fieldwork was conducted in Q4 2025 and Q1 2026 by an independent research partner through structured telephone interviews with C-suite, director, and manager-level respondents.
