APL Logistics would like to provide an update on the current security situation along the Pakistan–Afghanistan border following recent escalations in cross-border military activity.
Situation Overview
Since the night of 26 February 2026, security conditions along the Pakistan–Afghanistan border have deteriorated due to intensified military exchanges between Pakistani forces and Afghan-based elements. Reports indicate continued air and ground operations targeting identified militant positions in border-adjacent regions.
These developments follow a series of earlier incidents involving cross-border engagements and have resulted in heightened security measures in certain areas along the frontier.
Operational Impact
At this time, there is no impact to APL Logistics’ operations or services within Pakistan.
