Press Release: APL Logistics Names Lamont Nelson as Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA – APL Logistics is moving forward on commitments made in 2020 to enhance internal diversity and to contribute to the larger community it serves.

APL Logistics (APLL) is pleased to announce that Lamont Nelson will be Director of APLL’s, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program effective immediately. Lamont will be responsible for creating and implementing policies and initiatives that will help elevate diversity and inclusivity in APL Logistics.

Lamont has rich experience in Human Resources for the Logistics and Supply Chain Industry and has been an integral part of APL Logistics since 2019. Previously, Lamont acted as the chairperson for APL Logistics’ African American Employee Resource Group.
